There was an outage Sunday morning from approximately 4am to 7am on all services on the Skywerx network. AlignTec services were not affected. Skywerx reports the origin of the problem was with their core equipment in Pagosa Springs involving a main router and switch. They were able to work the problem remotely and services came back on line around 7am. If you are on a Skywerx LTE service, you may have to power-cycle (reboot) your equipment for service to reconnect.
